Quite happy with this. That makes 6kg in 7 weeks! Which is hopefully sustainable. I need to keep a careful eye on my protein intake to protect muscle mass. The lower carb / healthy fats macros seem to be working for me. I suspect that is because a daily medication that I must take has been shown to make users prone to metabolic syndrome and weight gain. It’s important to know our individual vulnerabilities. There is no one-diet-for-all. Too bad that I enjoy roast potatoes so much. Not even 1, in 7 weeks☹️🙃. Zucchini lasagna instead❓❓🤨

Recipe is in my cookbook if you can access that. I will copy it over later if you cannot. It may be a bit high fat for your macros Jomo.
Basically just substitute zucchini sliced longways for pasta sheets. Next time I will microwave them first. Instead of white sauce I use Coles ricotta, which is spreadable, on the top layer only. This comes in full fat or low fat & both make a good white sauce substitute as long as you don’t boil them. ( cuts out white flour, yay) I make my meat sauce with a lot of added minced veg.
