1 minggu lalu ud tembus 59kg. Akhirnya mulai jaga porsi makan (makan masih yang biasa ga clean) kurangin ngemil, olahraga min 3x seminggu. Lumayan. Semoga bisa turun sampai 49kg 🥰 semangat2!
57 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
