I have completed the induction phase and now moved on to OWL. Yay!! :-) I do have quite a bit more weight to lose(about 60 lbs). I probably should stay a little longer in the induction phase but I felt the need for nuts and berries to keep me going and to not slip up. I have lost 15 lbs so far and I am quite focused on keeping with the plan this time around. I feel healthier than ever and feel motivated to keep going this time around. I'm really enjoying the "Chef Receipes" on the Atkins website. Has anyone else tried them?? They're really good. :-)
