Carbs are higher than I would like but, so long as I get over 100g of Protean and Stay under 1500 kCal per day, I have been consistantly loosing about .5 lb per day!
After 2 months on a strict Hi-Protean Diet and about 2 weeks before that I’m less than 3lbs shy of 50lbs of weight loss! Nearly 1/3 of my overall goal!
150.9 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 60.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

THAT is KICK BUTT!!! I'm happy to see I'm not the only one who was told to keep a minimum of 100grams protein daily. So, gla dto hear it's working for you. I'm slowly getting there (but my daily cals aren't very low).
