I suck. :(
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Start documenting your food again. That's about the best place to start. From there, you'll see what needs to be done. Up protein possibly, cut back on carbs and what carbs you do eat should be fruit and veggies. Good luck.

There are days I feel the exact same way... so I feel ya. Here's to hoping we can both turn this around...

you can do this. I eat max of 210 carbs a day. that sounds like a lot if you are on a carb diet but sooooo doable on my diet. I get my carbs mostly from fruits and veggies. I have eaten a lot more fruit on this diet and it has really helped me not have the carb cravings I used to have and also it has curbed my sweet tooth a lot either. And I agree with classicRocker, start tracking and keeping track of the carbs.
