So I went away to OCMD this past weekend, needless to say I ate fine the first day but not so much the second day. Before I left I was down to 144 but now up to 147.5, well at least I lost something even if it is only .5 a pound. I told my boyfriend the other day I'll be the DD for the next month because I will not be drinking, because those drinks make the points add up fairly quickly. My boyfriend is being very supportive of me and is eating healthy as well so I do not get so frusturated. Of course he practices MMA (cage fighting)so he is already very in shape. Here's to a better week and not slipping up this weekend!
