Another week another pound.

The diet is the easy part, the only losing a pound is the tough part. I know, I know any pound is good, but man after all that just to lose a pound. Basically I have followed the Phase 2 all the way except for two nights of the week. On those nights, I have dinner out or a few beers, etc. I mean, I am never going to survive on no alcohol for months at a time. Working out 6 days a week. 45 minutes a day. Running 12-15 miles a week.

Anyway, that is the end of Phase 2 now on to Phase 3. I had a cookie yesterday and it was good but other than that there isn't much on Phase 3 that I am excited about. More interested in lifting weights in Phase 4.

The wife, she lost 3 pounds. :( :)
88.2 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep up the good work....it does get frustrating when you only lose 1 or 2 pounds, or nothing at all, but don't let it get you down...I heard the slower you lose the less you will put back on. Keep it up!

I am guilty of this as well but I wish I had started measuring myself when I started. It's possible to lose very little weight but do well losing inches. Keep it up!
