Day 14 (Last day of Phase 1): Lost >10 lbs. Whoo hoo! However, I feel good about phase 1 and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I have decided to stay on Phase 1 for another 2 more weeks.
Breakfast: large Tim Hortons Coffee with 2- 2% milk and 2 sweetners. After reading more of SBD book, I'm going to switch to decaf. Bacon, Egg breakfast sandwich minus the bread.
Snack: Hard boiled egg with ponzu sauce (soysauce and lemon.)
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich minus bread with one slice of tomato and lettuce. Water.
Snack: 2 more Hard boiled eggs with ponzu sauce (soysauce and lemon.)
Dinner: peanuts, All-beef hotdogs cooked on BBQ (had 4), no buns of course and no ketchup or sauces. Stir fry celery, Bok-choy with soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper. Diet Dr. Pepper.
After dinner Workout: walked on treadmill for 15 min.
After dinner snack: Diet Dr. Pepper (can: 355 ml)
Gotta sleep and wake up at 3:30am to catch my flight.
