Thank you) I eat 1200 kcal a day, sometimes if I really can’t, I have cheat meals in 2000kcal. First month did Chloe ring workout, yoga, 2-3d months - hiit workouts. Last month I cut most of sugars and sweets, but I ate carbs a lot, so I don’t think it was strict. I was on interment fasting, but I’ve always been eating in 16/8, bc don’t like eating at night or before sleep. Now I am much serious about nutrition, because my health is getting better with all of this.
