Ok, So I gained 0.9 pounds. I'm not even concerned about this because every time I start working out again, I always seem to gain right at the beginning. What matters to me is that I feel great and feel toner and have a good amount of energy. I am having problems with my IT band on the left side of my leg, so I may be toning down the walking/running and doing some stationary bike instead. I started Wii fit last night and loved it. I think I'm going to try it several times a week! Still doing ok my 100 calorie challenge. And instead of the treadmill, I've been tracking my runs/walks on another app with GPS. SO far so good.

The workouts will pay off. I've had similar things happen though when it seems like I don't lose when I'm working out the hardest. I wonder if it has to do with water retention. Good luck!

WTG, JOY!!! Nice loss since the holidays! And keep up the great workouts. I love Wii Fit too. It's actually really handy when you're not in the mood for a bouncy, jouncy workout, but still something that gets you stretching and burning some calories. Love it! :D
