Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Uhg NEW spots, trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea. The flare up might be from the red wine on Sunday or the cold air on my face from the bike ride Monday, I forgot my face covering or the spices in the homemade chili or the navy beans in the chili. I just don't know!
