As every weekend my weight seems to hit a stop point. This weekend I didn't went out, so I can't blame it on the drinking. I dieted perfectly.
The only change is that during weekends I don't exercise at all. According to my theory that shouldn't be a problem, but what do I know.
I'm just confident that this works and I'll keep doing it until the end...
