I'm on my last 15 pounds, too, and it is much slower to knock them off. But I don't wake up loathing my condition anymore. Nice that you still lost even though you had a lazy week; shows that some mindfulness and good habits peeked through anyway.

JB for sure the good habits are starting to take root. After 4 months of weighing my food and logging calories I'm starting to get a good idea of what is "enough" food and what us to much. Had high anxiety for the past week but managed to keep it on the rails. I've got a minimum 2 months of house framing lined up ahead of me so that should help push me towards my weight goal.
