So Excited!! Down another pound again today. This just keeps encouraging me to stick with it. This is the longest I have stuck with any diet and it helps that i have family and friends to help encourage me, and I try to for them. Went out for dinner tonight, but I did really well. I got grilled chicken with a baked potatoe (loaded, no sour cream), green beans and a small salad. I only ate half of it, and brought the other half home for later. It ended up being under 500 calories! I did not get time to workout today. I am trying to get some work done right now, but I am going to try to squeeze in some bender ball tonight, i'll see how it goes. Tomorrow is the weekend, which makes it harder, but I am going to try my hardest to stick with it. And I can't wait to weigh-in in the morning.
- I made time to do my bender ball, 35 min. Feels so good to know that i made time to do it, and I felt good after doing it...I always feel real good after doing a workout.
