down another pound and 9 more to go for my second goal of 220. My momentum is really at full swing now, and i have no problem ignoring soda, fast foods, starches, ect.... I did eat taco bell yesterday though. didnt have much of a choice...it was the first fast food i have eaten in over a month! it was three soft tacos from the fresca menu. needless to say, fresca or not, it turned into a gut bomb, and a few hours of stomache cramps and diahrea...ewww! not making that mistake again!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
