so far I've lost ten pounds but I miss regular coffee, I never noticed caffeine until I couldn't have it. my appetite increased but I noticed that if I'm occupied I won't eat at all until my body tells me I'm hungry. my stomach will hurt or I'll feel dizzy. my doctor says i should eat small meals throughout the day but I'm not hungry at work, I'm preoccupied so i don't eat much. the special K bars are great because i can eat it & keep working.
