本週第一天就被同事陷害掉坑了(我的意志力還不足啊),晚上去吃了麥當當晚餐⋯將近破千卡亂七八糟的東西,睡前做深蹲和俯臥撐⋯⋯好像也無法消除我的罪孽😭⋯⋯這週的早餐都折抵回去了~(假的、假的、業障重啊⋯)🤣🤣
