hello guys! Major update! ❤️ I thought I would do a check-in. this week was a long week of weights, shot put, and overall strength training. weights is now one of my new favorite things! I do it almost every day for track. track has been my number one motivator for getting back in shape, and I'm back to eating normal portions and healthier foods. I did a weigh in and I'm 183, but that doesn't surprise me because like I said I've been doing a lot of strength training and I've gained a lot of muscle mass. to be honest I think I've lost at least 15 lb in fat. the skin on my stomach feels more stretchy, my inner thighs don't feel so big, and I've been seeing a little bit in my face too. I have been really struggling with my mental health lately, but somehow I've still been able to be healthy physically and that boosts my confidence, and helps my mental health so they kind of bounce off each other, making me more motivated. I never knew that being around people, while exercising makes it so much more fun and easy. Im am so happy for being in school 5days a week and having amazing new friends again! I am starting to see results in my goals, and it makes me so happy!!! Thanks Fs fam!!
83.0 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am so happy for you! I too suffer from depression/anxiety/ADHD and am (very surprisingly to me) LOVING exercising and lifting weights. Finding it really helping me too. Keep going! You're doing awesome! (Just don't over do it-ha!)
