I stepped on the scales and was proud of my 2.6 pound loss this week, I missed a one day on the treadmill and 2 on total gym and I still lost some weight. I have stuck to the diet this week also and I see it is paying off. I need to get out my cookbook and make something different this weekend since I am already geting bored with my meals and am longing for something delicious. I'll let you know the results LATER.
