上周真的有点吃得太丰盛了,所以不掉称,还涨了1.1斤,为了上大号吃了很多的绿叶菜,结果依然没有上大号,体重每天涨0.几,最后即使上了大号,体重还是没有下来,唉~要自己反省一下原因了。这周一开始认真吃肉,菜适量吃吧,加油↖(^ω^)↗
