I was beginning to get frustrated. I felt like my weight loss hit a plateau despite changing anything with diet and exercise I was at a standstill. I just kept on course and was pleasantly surprised to see this today. Finally. I don't understand how I could be at a calorie deficit each day along with exercise and still have my weight go nowhere. I guess this is a reminder to never give up. Cheers.

I guess that's it Lambie but it's so discouraging knowing you are putting in the work and getting no results for awhile. I'm just glad to see it does finally catch up ☺
