Woo Hoo! Back to 214; all I have to do is keep it up now. My goal is 170 but I tell you; once I get under 200lbs I will feel that half my battle is won....
I had the morning off and was able to eat one of my fav recipies I found; "banana split oatmeal"; under 200 calories and yummy! posting recipe now
