Good bye 190's!! I hope I never see you again! Yes!! this is the greatest modivation! Feelin really good!
Short term goal is to lower BMI so I am no longer OBESE! Shooten for the end of February.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
