Over the moon, nearly there, just a couple of pounds to go and I’m finding it so easy to stick with my eating plan Including not drinking. Haven’t touched a drop of alcohol since mid January and I really don’t miss it. Hopefully this is me now for the future, I’m getting on in years and I want to make the most of my future.
I’ve been working at our local Vaccination Centre for a few weeks now and I’m loving it working for the NHS again, it’s such a buzz.
This pandemic has given me the kick I needed.
