I have been stuck at 175 for a few days now. It is not discouraging...yet, but I am hoping that I will see some change on the scale tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed. I have been getting kind of tired of the same diet foods I have been eating constantly. I got a bunch of Lean Cuisine dinner things hoping that would excite me, but most of them seem to taste not all that great. What does everyone else do when they get into a food rut?
79.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
