Just another check in!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

my phone screens really broken so I can't really do a whole lot so I'll just comment this instead, track has been great, definitely a lot harder than I expected my first day I had to Sprint hills! physically I've been feeling a lot better. so I just shifted my food intake properly as well. for a while there I almost gave up, I wasn't seeing any progress and I was kind of slacking. but I didn't give up!! at the school goes 5 days a person starting next week. I'm so happy to finally get into the groove of my busy lifestyle. I had a couple rough weeks, but I've been feeling a lot better these past few days! I'm excited to live my life again:) thank you guys for believing me in me ❤️
