Small ups and downs in the last month, but steady at least. Took a week of training and didnt over indulge. Back on it now, pushing for 90kg goal and less than 10% bodyfat.
103 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
