Using a weight tracker on my cell phone, as I don't have that much time to keep the diary up to date! Lost a bit, but sadly gained again over the Christmas period. Here's to hoping that the New Year will be great with good results.
Will pop in every once in a while to update and check my buddies progress.
Well done to all who have managed to shed and keep the kilo's off. For those (like me) who picked up again, don't lose heart, just start again!
