Efter en vecka med strik diet (genomsnitt ca 1200kcal/dag) har jag jämnat ut påskens ätande. Skönt!
69.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
