Selvibektas; Ja, 5 mal in der Woche; Da Ich immer schon einen grossen Appetit hatte, versuche ich mein Gewicht mit viel Krafttraining/hoher Kalorienverbrauch, stabil zu halten. Es hilft noch dazu meinen niedrigen Bludruck auf Trab zu halten und verbessert dadurch die Lebensqualität beträchtlich; und als Bonus gibts noch die ‘Muckies’ die wachsen, anstatt Fettpolster ☺️
