I am alright with this slight weight gain. Even though it would be better to lose, compared to the past few weeks this is progress because it shows I am getting back on track even if it is slow. Today, I have an appointment with one of my weight doctors. This one specifically I have not seen since the fall, so I can't wait to see what she has to say about the progress of losing almost 40 pounds.
