I've been trying to be mindful in what I decide to put on my plate. And focusing on having more fruits and vegetables and sticking to smaller portions. Eventually I think I will have to start counting calories, but for now this is working for me. I get too obsessed with counting calories...sends me into diet fanatic! I don't want to do diets anymore. So one day at a time is working.
