Thanks guys. I hit a plateau after only losing 3 kilos. Always seems to be the way for me. I think its shifting 🤞 time will tell.

Thanks Jomo, yes, very impatient. I'm always hoping for a 1kg loss when I jump on the scales every day which just isn't realistic 😂
