Wednesday weigh in!
It is official, I am not longer doing Tuesday weigh ins and instead am doing Wednesday. This is the second week in a row that Tuesday was 1 - 2 pounds more than Wednesday. So there it is. It is Wednesday. I know it is just psychological but it works and it seems to help.
The actual explaination is probably the water weight thing again. Over the weekend I plan one or two "bad meals" maybe sushi or something and some drinks. Since SFD is so low sodium those really put on the water weight. My theory is it takes a few days to take it off and flush it out.
Happier today as I smash the fat.
