Your progress is awesome. If slower weight loss doesn't bother you, then I say go for it. No matter how long it takes you to hit your goal, you're going to hit it eating the way you're eating. You've been on a steady decline since Feb., and you can always kick in the exercise if your weight loss stalls for a couple of weeks. You're right, you have to live. And even the SB book says that the goal is to get to the point that you eat healthy the majority of the time and can indulge every so often. Sounds like you're there! Nice job!
