lost a little less than 1.5 in 2 weeks. before I stepped on the scale I had to tell myself, self just remember that you are eating far better than you have in months. This is making you healthier. It was still disappointing but I really am improving my over all health.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
