I was so good yesterday and the hard work is paying off. When I stepped on the scale last night...178.6! I FINALLY made it out of the 180s. I don't ever, ever want to go back there. I have been suffering a cold so my work out was difficult yesterday. My goal for today is to stay under the 180 mark. I think this is the longest I have ever gone in my life without french fries :)
81.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
