Weighed myself pre-gym today, wondering if not having my usual water intake is how I finally cracked 70kg for the first time? Walking will increase from today, still trying to be mindful when eating but not overly restrictive. Unsure if I should be calorie cutting or staying at maintenance to try to build muscle.
