I start new medication today. so it is even more important what I eat, and keep track of weight gain or loss. both of which along with my mood all need to be recorded for my psychiatrist.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
