我以前也會脾氣爆燥,尤其是大姨媽來之前……後來又多吃蛋白質,少吃甜食炸物,症狀有改善很多了……😅

我也懷疑是生理期的關係,一直爆炸昨天小兒子一直被我炸,炸完換老公半夜回來換老公被炸😂😂😂
