Finally! I really struggled with water retention leading up to, during, and after this bloody period. 😒😒😒😂 I got up five times last night to pee and got almost zero sleep, but I peed out three pounds of fluid. 😂🎉
138.6 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 68.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
