If I eat just veggies all the week, no bread/pasta/potatoes..it’s sure that I’ll lose weight.
To have proteins I’ll have a boiled egg a day and a piece of the protein cake..let’s try.
I like more vegetables than meat so it’s perfect, let’s try it! 💪👍
Today is Monday and I’m weighting 54 kg, my goal is to weight 52kg for this Sunday.
54 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
