You didn’t do anything wrong! Daily weight fluctuates, but if you are sticking to your goals it will trend down over time. I weigh myself daily as a way to remind me to put my health goals first... but don’t get too caught up in the number on the scale!

Go back and look at what you were doing at the beginning, looks like you had a good start. Compare and see what you may have changed in your meals or routine, but most of all stay on track and don’t let it get you down. Every one of us hits a road bump where we feel the same as you right now. Just stay positive.
