This makes me feel so good and it's all down to a change of mindset and lifestyle.. Eating more clean amd healthy veggies and lean meats coupled with not binging on drinking alcohol on weekends and snacking on tons of sweet stuff really has worked.

I still have dops every now and then and also chocolate but its knowing where the line of over indulging is.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
