Its the weekend before Thanksgiving. Just found re-discovered this website and I want to keep it going. My old goal has nearly been completed and its time for a new one. Now I want to get down to 150lbs. To do so with diet alone would be nearly impossible. What I need now is lean muscle. Muscle to burn the remaining fat off my belly, upper arms, and thighs. My diet over the last 2 years has been going in and out of vegetarianism and vegan lifestyles. We're going to keep that as our base and start doing push ups, sit ups and some cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times weekly. Good luck, young.
