Let’s start my journal... My weight is 165 lb now...today I walked 55 min burned 245 kkal. I have to learn how to eat right and healthy. Good luck to me! Trying to drink enough water every day. My goal for now to get to 135 lb.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
