cheese waffle made in a mini waffle maker- the bun is made with mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder and an egg. So just a low carb waffle. There are various recipes on YouTube, i.e. without cheese, without egg and other ingredients.
I actually make my burger bun in a mini griddle. My recipe: 3Tbs almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 egg whites (from a box), a pinch of onion powder & salt. enough for 2 pancake like bun halves.
Well technically not a chaffle anymore, haha ;-)
