My weight went up slightly, but I believe it is do more to eating fast food about four times and not getting out for a walk as compared to the fluid returning. This morning though, I am going to for a least a three mile walk to get my day started before starting on classwork and my to-do list.
Even with this little bit of weight gain I am full of energy. I have also managed to plan a whole day of meals out before eating them. This shouldn't be hard, but we all know life gets busy and meal prep takes time. For today, I have the food listed but not put together yet. That is one of my goals for coming weeks is to be able to plan and put together two days of the meals at a time. I feel if I can do that it will stop my wanting to eat out.

I do have somewhat of an appetite, but only because of the medication I was put on. Unfortunately, the medication also allows me to eat to much. I haven't really noticed any additional fluid, but go back in two weeks for another checkup. Even though I can eat now, I am honestly happy that I do not experience my stomach "growling" anymore. Now, I can just plan what and when to eat. That is actually so satisfying for me. Thank you so much for following and checking in.
