OK...Scratch that whole plateau thing...I think my issue is that I have been missing shakes...I've been taking in too little calories...
Yesterday, I was an idiot...I bought some vodka and drank far too much...I haven't been drinking lately, so even though I drank less last night than I would have drank two weeks ago, I was insanely drunk...
I also looked up how many calories vodka is...and it was something like 3200 calories for 750 mL...and I drank about 3/5 of that...so like 1920 calories...and I'm on an 800 calorie a day diet...Plus I had 3 (of 4) shakes, but I missed my soup also....and I lost 3.8 pounds...
The bottom line is that I need to make sure I drink all my shakes and eat the soup every day...or I'll stop losing weight...and any weight I do lose will be muscle mass :(
