So I did hit the cable machine and free weights. Lol. At 48min I paused Wahoo and for got to turn it back on. Lol. Wife says hey, how long you gonna play today. Total session was an hour n 38min. Lol. I’m tired! 😜 Senior moments!

IMO - Start slowly of course as your #1 muscle, the heart needs to get or be strong. But, once that’s confirmed it’s time to over exert your body! Make those muscles cry for relief! Burn that fat from their saggy tissues and make them firm and strong! Reduce BMI! We all have six pack abs, we just need to reduce our BMI to a point where they can be seen! 😜💪😜. Good shedding y’all!
